Dear Teachers,

Thank you for visiting our NIE web pages! We hope that you'll find most everything you need to utilize our NIE programs.

You're now able to use this site to:

  • Utilize Parade Classroom and its weekly activities for use with your newspapers
  • Find other educational resources to assist you
  • Read our quarterly newsletters

    And we'll be adding more as we come up with new ideas and as we receive ideas from you!

    By the end of the 2005-2006 school year, the Omaha World-Herald delivered over 2 million newspapers to schools throughout Nebraska and western Iowa. That's pretty amazing! That's a result of over 1,500 NIE programs being ordered.

    We appreciate each and every one of you who invite our newspapers into your classrooms to help broaden your students' perspectives on the world around them.
